After graduating college with a Theatre degree, Mr. Mordoff began performing professionally in 1981 in films, commercials and, on stage. He had steady work with a singing telegram company, entertaining at all kinds of events as a gorilla and other characters. He later owned and produced touring shows for elementary and high schools before owning a theatrical marketing company based in NYC. Party Talent, LLC began in 1996 under the original name, Pongo The Clown Party Talent.

Besides the character Mr. Bungles, the owner currently performs as a variety of costumed characters for singing telegrams and in the winter months even has special arrangements with Santa who tells stories and entertains. For singing telegrams and balloon deliveries, he is found as a cartoon character, a gorilla, a monk, a bum, a hairy fairy Godmother or for formal events, with a sequined vest and bow tie. Paul Mordoff participated six times in Balloon Manor, an event that brings together top balloon twisters from around the world to create a gigantic walk through exhibit made with 80,000 to 125,000 balloons.
